Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days from order confirmation.
Most orders placed before 11:30 AM (IST) on a working day are shipped the same day, subject to product availability and operational feasibility.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery is performed by third-party courier/logistics service providers selected by the customer at checkout.
Delivery time may vary due to product availability, destination, serviceability, and courier operations.

Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, the shipment is subject to the courier’s delivery process and applicable terms.
Parkovel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) logistics disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, governmental restrictions, or courier operational issues.
If a shipment is reported as lost or arrives damaged in transit, Parkovel will provide reasonable assistance to help coordinate with the courier partner and support claim/complaint processes, as applicable.

Helpful: Please keep the outer box/packaging and an unboxing video (where possible) to support transit damage claims.

Parkovel’s liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Parkovel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business opportunities) arising from delivery delays or courier issues.

Shipping and delivery charges (if applicable) vary based on location and courier selection.
All applicable charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Parkovel is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

We currently deliver only within India.
You may place orders from outside India using eligible payment methods, provided the delivery address is within India.
